Step 1: Complete the Online Enrollment Form

Deadline: May 1

Submit the online enrollment form using the unique Snapcode emailed to you on Friday, March 27 from DC Prep. If you cannot locate your child’s Snapcode, contact us at enrollment@dcprep.org or call/text us at 202-780-5126 to get it.

You can complete the form on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Step 2: Submit Proof of Residency

After you submit the online enrollment form, DC Prep will send an email to guide you through the documents needed to prove your DC residency.

Submitting the documents is easy. Simply scan or take photos of the documents and email them to enrollment@dcprep.org. You can also text them to us at 202-780-5126.

Step 3: Sign the DC Residency Verification Form

Once our team reviews and approves your documents you will receive a request to electronically sign your DC Residency Verification Form. The request will come from PandaDoc and you can sign in one click from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Having the right school supplies sets students up for confidence and success from day one.

Reviewing and completing your child’s supply list ahead of time ensures they arrive prepared, organized, and ready to fully engage in learning.

DC Prep has partnered with Champions to provide convenient, on-site aftercare for students in Pre-K3–6th grade during the school year.

Aftercare programming will be available across all elementary campuses (AEC, BEC, and EEC) as well as our Anacostia Middle Campus (AMC), and will include engaging daily learning activities, a STEAM-based curriculum, nutritious snacks, and homework support.

In addition, all DC Prep campuses offer after-school extracurricular opportunities—our elementary schools host a variety of clubs, while our middle schools offer both clubs and sports.

As you prepare for the upcoming school year, completing your child’s health forms is an important step in ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive school experience at DC Prep.

These forms allow our nursing and school teams to be prepared to meet your child’s medical needs, respond quickly in the event of an emergency, and comply with DC health requirements.

Submitting health forms on time also helps prevent delays in your child’s first days of school and ensures they can fully participate in learning, meals, and school activities.

Extracurricular activities and clubs are an important part of the DC Prep experience, giving students opportunities to explore their interests, build confidence, and develop new skills beyond the classroom.

Participating in clubs and activities helps students form strong friendships, practice teamwork, and discover passions that support their academic and personal growth.

We encourage families to review the available offerings and support their child in getting involved, as these experiences foster joy in learning and a strong sense of belonging within our school community.
